    Happy Birthday to me!!!!

    I can’t believe I’m 24… ahh scary! haha

    Going to have cookie cake later and I’m beyond excited :)

    This morning I woke up earlier than my alarm clock and ended up turning it off before the snooze button came back on… so I really had to make sure I woke up haha

    I went outside and was sweating immediately.. I didn’t realize it was going to be in the 80s this morning… oops :p

    I somehow managed to run almost 5 miles… idk how lol but I did.. I took 2 random breaks during the run to wipe sweat off my face catch my breath.  I can tell already that running in Florida is going to be fun.

    I think I did alright.. considering we didn’t have much food in the house haha

    Breakfast:

    • Egg Whites
    • Pineapple Chobani + Chia Seeds
    • Blueberries

    Lunch:

    • Veggie Wrap (alfalfa sprouts, dijon, snow peas)
    • Watermelon
    • Cauliflower

    Snack:

    • Lemon Chobani
    • Apple

    Dinner:

    • Watermelon
    • Salad
    • Homemade Potato Salad
    • Broccoli

    Snack:

    • Pretzels

    I’ve been craving pretzels lately… hmmmmm

I woke up pretty early today.. I think 9:30 is my limit that I can sleep in.. I used to sleep so late when I was younger.. oh back in the day ;)
My birthday is tomorrow so I knew working out wise I wanted to run then.. so today I did 25 mins of jump rope (and was super sweaty thanks to this heat!) followed by the above workout.  The whole thing took me 10 mins. 
Now I&#8217;m off to the pool to work on my tan ;)

    soo exhausted as I type this.. I went out on a “date” with my ex boyfriend.. we got dinner and sat The Dictator.

    Breakfast:

    • Vanilla Chobani + Chia Seeds
    • Pineapple + Blueberries

    Lunch:

    • Whole Wheat Bagel
    • 1 tbsp Chocolate PB + 1 tbsp raspberry preserves 
    • Apple
    • Pineapple

    Snack:

    • 1/2 cup Quaker Oat Squares
    • 1/2 cup Organic Apple Juice

    Dinner:

    • 6 Everything Flatbread Crackers
    • 2 slices of Italian bread
    • Grilled Mushroom Salad

    Snack:

    • Pretzels

    eh.. kinda good I guess.. could have been better lol right now I’m going to take out my contacts (ugh lol), get in my pajamas, and go have my mom rub my ankle :p
